Having grown up in West Seneca, NY with an incredibly handy father, and now owning my own small farm in Yorkshire, NY, I am very familiar with many types of homes. I am also well versed in home repair, some construction and maintenance. This lends much to my practical Real Estate knowledge. Though I am no replacement for a great home inspector, I can help you view property with an experienced, critical eye, yet am able to see the full potential of any property. I have also lived and maintained homes in Anderson, SC; East Aurora, and Holland, NY.

I am "owned" by many small and large animal family members, have experience as a veterinary technician, and 20 years as a Master Farrier. These life experiences enhance my specific knowledge and needs of pet owners, large and small. I am familiar with farms, barn styles and conditions, and land. I can also relate to commercial needs regarding animal care and industry.

Along with my barnyard friends and pets, my interests and hobbies include decorative and food gardening, creative furnishings from horseshoes, sewing design and construction, reading, and of course... REAL ESTATE!
