I grew up in West Seneca, NY and have lived in many WNY communities, as well as in South Carolina. My education includes the West Seneca Schools, The Calasanctius School, Canisius College, and Cornell University. For 20 years, I worked as a professional Farrier, and earned Master Farrier certification in 1992. I have taken literature courses, and have had much work published. My array of work experience includes veterinary assistance, clerical, office management, banking, and tax preparation. All of these in some way contribute to a strong aptitude for Real Estate.
During my search for my own acreage and home, and while maintaining different homes and farms, I developed a keen interest in Real Estate. I also gained much knowledge of value, structure, and repair of various types of homes and barns.
I have particular respect for a well kept home, and the folks who keep it. I appreciate a well built structure, no matter the style. I feel that each building has a heart of its own- unique character and potential. I have a special affinity for very old homes, no matter their condition. When dealing in vacant land, I actually walk the acreage, gaining a feel for its character and intended use. I get to know each property. This lends to matching buyers to the right property.
I have earned Multi-Million Dollar Club standing for several years, as well as appearing in Business First's "Who's Who" More importantly, I have received Buncy's "Customer Service Award" for many consecutive years.
My main objective in real estate is to help each customer reach realistic dreams and goals. Whether you are selling or buying, I strive to provide old fashioned service with attention to detail. I'm proud to serve each of you ethically, honestly, fairly, and respectfully. I work cooperatively with other professionals in their respective capacities.
